Survival Flight operates a dedicated air ambulance base at Eureka Springs Hospital. Dubbed "Survival Flight 26", the helicopter is fully equipped with advanced lifesaving gear, including ventilators, IV pumps, and blood—to rapidly transport critical patients to higher-level trauma centers.

The air medical service was introduced to combat the geographic isolation of Carroll County, offering life-saving transport when every second counts.
